Cancellations
We do require 24 hours notice for all cancellations. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance of your appointment, a charge of 100% of the booked services may be applied. If you do not notify us of a cancellation, and do not show up for booked services, you may be charged for 100% of the booked services and may result in the inability to pre-book future appointments. Same day appointment cancellations will result in being charged for 100% of booked appointments. Cancellations cannot be made via email or text message
Late Arrivals
We do our best to accommodate late arrivals. Calling ahead provides us the best opportunity to assess the situation. However, calling ahead does not always guarantee that we will be able to provide service, especially if your arrival is later than anticipated. If you are late, and cannot receive all scheduled services, it will result in being charged for all scheduled services.
Appointment Booking
It is important for us to establish the service(s) you wish to receive when visiting the salon. When you call, we will ask you specific questions about the type of service you will be having, as well as when it is most convenient for you to come. Our goal is that you, as well as other clients are taken on time. Pre-booking your next appointment before you leave the salon is the most reliable way to secure the date and time most convenient for your next visit. We now offer reminders via email and text message so that we may communicate with you in the way that is most convenient for you. Some appointments may be subject to a $50 non-refundable deposit upon booking.
Payment for Services and Products
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover for payment of services and products. We also accept debit cards carrying the MasterCard or Visa logo, cash, as well as in state checks.
Products Return
We guarantee your satisfaction with our products. If you decide that is not the right product for you, we will happily exchange it or issue a merchandise credit within 14 days of the purchase. No cash or credit cards refunds, exchange only. Hair-pieces, makeup and boutique items are non-refundable.
Check in
Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your service and check in with the Front Desk Coordinator. This allows you time to settle into the spa, utilize our changing rooms and transition your mind and body from the world outside to a place of balance and renewal.
Gratuities
Leaving a gratuity is always at the discretion of our guests and are not included in the price of most services. In appreciation of outstanding service, your stylists/technicians graciously accept gratuities. Envelopes are available at the front desk.
*An 18% service charge will automatically be added to any services totaling $300 and above. 100% of the service charge will go directly to the service provider.*
Children
We invite you to bring your family to the salon during your time with us. However to accommodate all guests and for the safety of the child, we do ask that they stay in the waiting room during your service(s).
Pets
For the comfort and consideration of everyone, pets of any size are not permitted in the salon.
Cell Phones
We realize that emergencies are part of our daily lives. If your phone is left on, please adjust the ringer to low. If a call is to be answered, please keep it as brief as possible, so as to not interfere with the ability of our staff to provide your service.
